The wear-resistant coating is characterized in that it contains the following part by weight raw materials: 1~10 part by weight of chrome green, 20~50 part by weight of corundum, 10~20 part by weight of mullite, 5~20 part by weight of aluminium oxide, 5~10 part by weight of silica, 10~20 part by weight of clay, 0.5~2 part by weight of fiber, 10~20 part by weight of aluminum phosphate solution and 5~10 part by weight of humectant. The aluminum phosphate solution in the present invention is fried from phosphoric acid and aluminium oxide. The humectant in the present invention includes NH-66 refractory phosphoric acid inhibitors, oxalic acid and marshmallow, of which the mass ratio of of each component is m (NH-66 refractory phosphoric acid inhibitor) : m (oxalic acid) : m (marshmallow) = 1~5:1~5:1~5. The fiber in the present invention is an explosion-proof fiber.

 

The production method of the wear-resistant coating is characterized in the following steps:

(1) Respectively weigh phosphoric acid and alumina, fry them into aluminum phosphate solution and reserve it for standby;

(2) Respectively take chrome green, corundum, mullite, aluminium oxide, silica, clay, fiber, aluminum phosphate solution and humectant (NH-66 refractory phosphoric acid inhibitors, oxalic acid and marshmallow) according to the above-mentioned ratio;

(3) Mix chrome green, corundum, mullite, aluminium oxide, silica, clay and fiber evenly;

(4) Add the weighed aluminum phosphate solution and humectant (NH-66 refractory phosphoric acid inhibitors, oxalic acid and marshmallow) and the mixture made in step (3) into the mixer, mix well and the wear-resistant coating is made.

The wear-resistant coating produced by this patent can be stored for a long time, save resources and reduce construction time. During the construction, add appropriate amount of quick-setting agent and this product can be used. This wear-resistant coating is mainly used to repair the worn parts of the boiler, which can splice the old and new refractory.
