The production method of the high temperature wear-resistant breathable brick is characterized in the following steps:
(1). Weigh and take the raw material of high aluminum, corundum, silicon carbide, metallic silicon, metal aluminum, explosion-proof fiber, phosphoric acid, clay, graphite powder and asphalt powder according to the above-mentioned ratio for standby;
(2). Dilute the phosphoric acid with water, wetly grind the mixture of the dilute phosphoric acid solution and the high alumina, corundum, silicon carbide and clay and keep it for 24 hours;
(3). Add metal silicon, metal aluminum, graphite powder, explosion-proof fiber and asphalt powder into the mixture made through step (2). Wetly grind it again and compress it into the shape with the brick machine. The high temperature wear-resistant breathable brick will be made after drying in the 200℃.
The high temperature wear-resistant breathable brick of this invention has good resistance performance of splat cooling and thermal shock and good corrosion resistance performance, which not only saves energy, but also greatly reduces the production time. The high temperature wear-resistant breathable brick made through this method only needs rapid drying other than firing.
